Returns

At Horti-Innovations you can return your order or part of it up to 30 days after delivery of the items. With the exception of the custom-made products. 
For more information about returning your products, please contact our customer service. 

If your products are delivered incompletely or damaged, we will  deliver them free of charge. 
For this you can contact our customer service via info@horti.nl stating the missing or damaged products. 

If you are not satisfied with the products, you can return them within 30 days of delivery, the amount paid for the products will be credited in full, minus the transport costs, provided that the products are still in good condition. 
How quickly your money is refunded depends on the chosen payment method, on average this takes 5 to 7 working days.
