Delivery costs
Horti-Innovations can also arrange delivery of your order.
The method of delivery depends on your order.
If possible, your order will be sent by parcel service. If the size or weight of your order does not allow it, we will send it by freight.
To display the delivery costs correctly, you must always fill in the following details in your account:
- Billing address
- The delivery address
- Your VAT number
Because the weight and size of our products is very diverse, an indication of the freight costs is given when ordering the products via the webshop. Please note that this indication can deviate from the actual shipping costs. In this case, you retain the right to cancel the order, without obligation. Would you like to receive a no-obligation quote in advance? Then please contact our customer service.
If you receive the order damaged, we would like to ask you to refuse the delivery to the carrier and to contact our customer service. If the damage is not immediately visible, please contact our customer service immediately after you have noticed it.
Pick-up or arranging transport yourself is possible, no costs will be charged.
If you decide to arrange for a transporter yourself, Horti-Innovations B.V. shall not be responsible for any damage that may occur during transport.
Unfortunately, because we work with a third party for transport, we cannot give any certainty about the exact delivery date.
We will of course do our utmost to deliver on the desired date, but no rights can be derived from this.
