Horti-Flower XL with roof
The Horti-Flower is a display suitable for the presentation of flowers, plants and seasonal products in, for example, a flower shop, garden centre or gift shop.
This presentation unit is easy to move and can be used both indoors and outdoors. Its 85 cm width allows it to fit through a standard door. This version is complete with a roof to protect your products from the weather. This XL version has an extension on both sides with extra space for displaying flowers, plants and accessories.
Standard Danish shelves are used in the Horti-Flower. Therefore, our Watertrays also fit perfectly in this presentation unit.
The frame is powder-coated matt black. The shelves and bucket rack can be placed both horizontally and at an angle using the incliners supplied.
This version is equipped as standard with:
- 2 shelves with Water trays and humidification mats.
- 1 bucket rack for 9 small buckets (inner diameter ring is 13 cm).
- 1 wooden insert for the bucket rack.
- 2 brackets for the end pieces.
- 2 Large shelves for the end pieces.
- 2 small shelves for the end pieces.
- 2 bucket holders for 1 bucket.
- 1 roof frame and roof tarpaulin. The roof tarpaulin comes in black as standard, but can be personalised at an extra charge.
As an option, you can choose watertrays 3 mm with double edge (luxury presentation) and better (noiseless) wheels.

Type 1 Wheels
Most trolleys come with standard hard plastic wheels. Although these are sufficient for most standard applications within horticulture, they certainly have some drawbacks:
Even on a relatively clean, flat surface, the trolleys make unnecessary noise. Any unevenness also produces vibrations, which can lead to displacement and even damage to the products on the trolley. The load capacity of the standard type 1 wheels is good for standard applications, the materials used adequate.
Type 2 Wheels
If the standard type 1 wheels are not enough, our type 2 wheel comes highly recommended. Due to the ball bearings, these run very lightly. The sandwich construction with a layer of rubber between rim and tread reduces vibrations, while retaining the benefits of a hard tread. In addition, the load capacity is more than sufficient for heavy-duty applications.
Type 3 Wheels
For applications where the trolley needs to be quiet and vibration-free, the Type 3 wheel is the one to go for. These castors have been developed for flight cases. Also very suitable for (rolling) containers, aluminium boxes and, for example, for use under equipment that is constantly being loaded and unloaded from trucks. This makes them ideal for trade fair construction, among other things, also because they do not leave streaks on floors. These wheels are extremely durable, can take a beating and do not deform. The rubber tread absorbs vibrations and allows moving without noise. This also makes the Type 3 castors ideal for applications in retail and logistics.
Type 4 Wheels
For extra-heavy applications, we have the type 4 wheel: just as quiet as the type 3 wheel thanks to the rubber tread, but even easier to manoeuvre thanks to the smooth-running ball bearings and a considerable load capacity. These wheels were developed for flight cases. Also very suitable for (rolling) containers, aluminium boxes and, for example, for use under equipment that is constantly being loaded and unloaded from trucks. This makes them ideal for trade fair construction, among other things, also because they do not leave marks on floors. These wheels are extremely durable, can take a beating and do not deform.
