At Horti-innovations, it is possible to have the Danish trolleys coloured.
We do this by powder coating, which applies a high-quality and durable paint layer to the Danish trolleys.
It is also possible to have the metal parts of the Danish trolley shelves powder coated.
Furthermore, we have the possibility of producing custom-made trolleys, which can then also be powder-coated.
The minimum order for coloured trolleys is 20 pieces.
We can offer all colours included in the RAL Classic colour system: currently 216 colours, with a matt or gloss finish. Ral Classic colour codes are always 4-digit.

Powder coating is an electrostatic process in which powder is applied to metal using a spray gun. During curing in the oven, the heat causes the powder particles to first become liquid. Then viscous and finally cured into a beautiful, durable coating.
The main purpose of powder coating is obviously to beautify trolleys. Furthermore, the coating provides additional protection against corrosion.
