At Horti Innovations it is possible to return your items 30 days after delivery without any further consequences. This does not apply to custom made products, however. You can contact our customer service department for more information about returning your products.

In the event of loss or damage, your products will be redelivered with no extra fee. To schedule a redelivery, simply contact our customer service via email at, mention the missing or damaged products and include pictures if possible.
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products you can return them within 30 days after delivery. The paid amount for the products will be fully refunded, besides the transport costs, given the products are still in reasonable conditions.

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Refunds, on average, take about 5 to 7 business days. This depends on the chosen payment method, however.
