The delivery method varies depending on the product in question. If possible, we ship the products with DPD Delivery Service. When the size or weight does not permit this, your order will be shipped via a freight service.

Orders are manually assessed by their size and weight and are packaged in the best possible way to prevent it from damaging.
In case of a damaged order, we recommend you to reject the delivery from the provider and contact our customer service department. Given the damage is not immediately visible, we suggest contacting our service department.

It is also possible to arrange or to pick up your transportation yourself. No fee will be charged for this. However, in case of any damage caused during transportation, Horti Innovations B.V. does not take responsibility. 
We are unfortunately not able to give you an assurance of the exact delivery date, since we are working with a third-party transportation company. We will do our utmost best to deliver the products on your desired date, but we cannot guarantee this.
